These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NationStage and its products, including Corporate Bands NOW, Cadence Pros, VenuePulse, and LeadRadar (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for the individual or organization that registered them and may not be transferred without our consent.
Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or credentials.
- Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or unauthorized outreach.
Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant NationStage a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are agreements between the parties involved. NationStage provides tools to facilitate discovery, messaging, contracts, and payments, but is not a party to those agreements unless explicitly stated. Fees, refunds, and payout timing are described at checkout and in your account.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal or security risk. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. NationStage does not guarantee that opportunities will result in bookings or that any particular professional will accept a request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NationStage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
